iPhone Speaker Button: How to Eliminate Choices? iOS 17.0

When I get or make a call on my iPhone 14 I click the Speaker button it offers me a choice my MacBook. I don't want that option! How do I disable it?

I've turned off General > Airplay & Handoff > Handoff. I turned off the Calls from iPhone preference checkbox in FaceTime Preferences on the MacBook and I even logged out of FaceTime (since I don't use it on MacBook)

The toggle for Allow Calls on Other Devices is already OFF on the iPhone.

I just want the speaker button to be a speaker button WITHOUT choice of my MacBook. Any help please?

--> I saw a decent solution where you set your SPEAKER to be always ON (the default) when you receive a call.
