Time Machine won't complete backups on Sonoma

Hi, I updated my MacBook Pro (16inch 2021, Apple M1 Pro) to Sonoma 14.0 yesterday morning, and have yet to have Time Machine complete a backup. I get the following message: "Some of the files on your Mac cannot be backed up until Cloud Files syncing has completed. Try again once all files have finished syncing". However I have very little stored in iCloud, and don't see any activity regarding syncing between my local drives and the iCloud drives. What files are syncing? How do I fix this? Any ideas/suggestions?

I discovered that it was due to my 2 x 4-hour long large video ProRes files stored in my iPhone that was holding up the syncing process. I transferred these files directly into Mac photos, and then deleted them from my iPhone. Backup now works. MBP Pro Sonoma.
