New text tones low volume

Hello Spring4ward,

If your notification volume is low, we would check for the following on your iPhone:

1. Do you use the Attention Aware feature? If so, this will lower the volume when you receive alerts or calls as you look at the screen. Please make sure this is disabled: Turn Attention Aware features on or off on your iPhone or iPad Pro
2. Check the mute switch on the side of your iPhone, that it is not silenced.
3. Use a default tone, if you had downloaded a ringtone or alert sound previously: Use tones and ringtones with your iPhone or iPad Then test out the issue again.

If you continue to have issues, then it would be best to contact Apple Support directly: Get Support

They would need to take it from here.
