Silent Mode On Display keeps Popping Up

I have an iphone 11 Pro Mac on iOS 17.0.2. I always have it on silent mode. Lately, I have noticed my phone vibrates and the Silent Mode On pops up. The switch isn’t touched and at times I’m not even touching my phone, it happens all on its own. I have restarted my phone and turned off the Attention Aware feature. I also have the Double/Triple tap on off. My phone case is not touching the switch so I have no idea what is causing this. Please help me fix this!!

Hello MariMendiola,

Has there been any kind of accidental damage to the device, such as from a drop, impact, liquids, etc?

If so, it's possible that what's being experienced is related to the accidental damage.

To help fully rule out accessories, try fully disconnecting/removing any accessories connected to the device temporarily. Then, try using the device as normal for a bit to see if that has resolved things.

It may also help to try cleaning the iPhone, particularly around the Ring/Silent switch, to try and help rule out dirt or debris from being the issue. This page can help note Apple's suggestions for cleaning it: Cleaning your iPhone - Apple Support
