I’ve got an old Bose SoundDock Serie III with a lightning port.
I baught the last iPhone 15 pro Max with usb-c port.
Is there an adaptor that would allow me to hear my music and charge m’y new iPhone on my old Bose soundDock ?

I had the same problem. I called Bose, and the agent pointed out that there is an audio input jack on the back of the unit. I used a 3.5 mm-to-USB-C adaptor and it worked. The only thing is I can't use this arrangement to charge the iPhone.
Yes but none if them support audio. That’s my problem
I've got exactly the same problem. I bought a generic one from Amazon, which weirdly, works in my car, converting an old lightning cable, (generic, not Apple), to USB A. It plays audio and allows functionality of FF, RW, play etc from the head unit, and displays track and artist info to my cars standard head unit.
But when I try to use in my Bose SoundDock, it will not play, charge, or even recognise anything is plugged into it.

To the best of my knowledge all USB-c cables and adapters are just copper wires connected to a connector in each end so all would equally support whatever device that interp the data into audio or visuals or the likes
