Where are the clock faces? Side swipe does nothing now.

Since the update, my watch is practically useless as I can no longer use alternative clock faces.

It’s because Apple’s latest update removed the feature. Yes, believe it or not…somehow the product people felt the user experience would be better if it made you go back to your phone to choose the watch face you want. OR, press watch face till the face goes into edit mode. Then swipe to your desired watch face. Then, press again to select it.

There were lots of complaints to Apple Support from less experienced users that did not know how the watch face changed, and did not know how to get back to the watch face they wanted.


This happened a lot. We saw many a post in these forms, and I'm sure that is a fraction of what Apple Support and the Apple Store employees saw.


Yes, it is a pain to have a feature you depend on changing, but at the time Apple felt it was a good decision.
