2 Neighbor's TV's list under MY DEVICES in Bluetooth on my Apple TV 4K
Past couple months, my Apple TV 4K BLUETOOTH MY DEVICES shows 2-Neighbors TV's, sometimes Connected,
sometimes Not. When Connected, do they affect my
BandWidth?

Hello ChipDale,
Thank you for reaching out to Apple Support Communities.
You can unpair any device connected to your Apple TV using these steps:
"Pair or unpair a Bluetooth accessory
To unpair, select your accessory, then select Unpair Device."
Devices being visible while in range is expected. More details can be found here: Use Bluetooth accessories with your Apple TV
Devices being in range shouldn't affect your bandwidth.
Hopefully this helps.
Cheers!
Thanks Omar! I'd already changed those BlueTooth Settings. However, discussion is always useful so I appreciate your confirmation of those Settings. I believe I'll continue to see neighbor(s) TV's on my Apple TV 4K BlueRay; but they're never connected. I do not see any indication of CONNECTION from those TV's. This was a part of my investigation of Apple TV 4K 'buffering' problems on my Subscribed apps. I've made changes which seem to have, at least reduced buffering: 1-offloading apps not inn use, 2-eliminating all settings which 'may' affect BandWidth,
3-changing my SONY UHD-TV use on Apple TV 4K to 4K SDR. My next step is to be sure my 2009 Apple Router is still up to the task for Apple TV 4K.
