I found that I can create a new Collection (folder) and drag the mp3 files into that. I can click on them and make them play.
Only problem is when I open my iPhone, I can find the collection name but the folder is empty. Mac shows them there but the iPhone doesn't.

Well, now that everything is cloud based and blue tooth, I don't know if I remember how to do that.
They started to play in music but then only music played and there wasn't a file with the mp3's in them so I could organize them or even find them.
