Charging my iphone 15 pro max

hello, I have a MacBook Pro and an iPhone 15. I have an AC adapter for my iPhone but currently don't have the original cable i forgot it at home. Can I safely use the USB-C charging cable from my MacBook Pro and an iphone AC adapter to charge my iPhone 15 without causing any potential issues or damage?

Yes you can. The charger doesn’t “push” power; it just supplies the power “drawn” by the device.
