Unable to login into MacBook Air
I have tried to reset the password with my AppleID, but it says there is a problem connecting with the server. I have tried to connect to my home wifi and my phone as a hotspot, still no luck with the server and when I click “forgot password,” it says an internet connection is needed (even after the wifi bars appear to show connected and not grayed out). I have landed on the macOS Recovery screen, but I have never gotten to a place where there is a “top toolbar” or way to access utilities. Please help :(
