If apple can’t replace your device in 12 days they give you latest device

I have iPhone 12 Pro Max back glass is broken I have Apple care I go to apple store for the replacement because Apple care have option for replacement but they said they don’t have in stock we order and wait I submitted my case on September 17 2023 and Today September 2023 but they can’t replace till date

We are other end user like you, not Apple, and cannot do anything about this. We have no more access to Apple repair records or inventory data than you. Keep working with Apple. They will not see your concern in this user-to-user setting.
