GarageBand doesn't start for the second day. Writes that it's updating information about Audio Unit plugins. Should I wait until the information will updating or should I do something?

We'd like to share some suggestions before having you contact Apple Support which cam help with ProApps. We recommend making sure the macOS is updated via Update macOS on Mac and making sure the app is updated via How to manually update apps on your Apple device. If there are no solutions in this route, contacting support via the link we shared would be best.
