Iphone focusing animation glitch?

I bought this iphone 14 pro max around 2 weeks ago and suddenly after 17.0 I've been experiencing these weird lines on the left and right side of the camera as it switches focus. Called apple support, its not a hardware issue. Factory reset and even set up as a new iphone multiple times but did not resolve the problem Is this normal or is it an ios 17 problem? The line soon dissolves as the camera focus moves more to the left or right but sometimes leaves these lines on pictures as well
