FaceTime with two Apple TV’s.

I am trying to FaceTime my friend using my Apple TV and he’s trying to answer the call with his Apple TV, but we can’t figure it out. Is there a way for two Apple TVs in two different networks connected to different TV’s to FaceTime each other?

How do I answer a FaceTime call on my Apple TV? I have no problem initiating a FaceTime call on my Apple TV. I need to know how I respond to a FaceTime call so it is conducted through my Apple TV. Presently, I have had to call the initiator back. Lots of unnecessary bother if there is an easier way. If not, there should be. Thanks for taking the time to assist me.

Make sure you both have everything set up and are updated to make this work. Your friend might need to check their settings too:
