How do I get FaceTime on my AppleTV? I have Apple TV model A1842 and tvOS is 17.4. Thank you!

FaceTime through Apple TV is unfortunately not supported on Apple TV 4K (1st generation) or earlier models.

It requires Apple TV 4K (2nd generation) or later models [A2169, A2737, A2843].
