Facetime is missing on apple tv

Hi there!

FaceTime on tvOS 17 requires an Apple TV 4K 2nd generation or later, it will not work with older models. You can find out which model Apple TV you have here:

I have Apple TV 2nd generation, iPhone 12, iPad 9th generation all running latest upgrades - but still no sign of FaceTime app in the App Store.

if it's really appletv 2g then it's super old and will not support it verify which box you have by clicking on the blue link firefingers21 posted
