How do I reset a password via ABM?

I want to reset the pin for an Ipad for my boss. I do not want to erase the device. How can I reset a password via Abble Buiness Manager or Apple essentials?

If the device is enrolled in Apple Business Essentials or another MDM, this should be possible. If it is only enrolled in Apple Business Manager, then it is not possible.
