apple watch switches to military time
my settings are on 24-hour, both from my phone (iwatch app) and on the iwatch itself. why does it keep changing to military?

"24-hour" is "military" time. If you have that set on both devices you will have military time displayed. Read Change the time settings on your Apple Watch to "Learn how to set up 24-hour time on your watch..."

Deselect 24 hour clock if you don't want military time displayed.
