Hey there eighties_shakes,

We understand you're wondering how to change the sound for 3rd party apps and also how to set a low alarm volume, but also high for incoming calls. We'd be happy to provide information about this.

If the app supports it, you can change the notification sound in Settings > Sounds & Haptics. However, third-party apps do not support changing sounds.

For volume, it's not possible to set two different volumes for each. Changing the volume for one will change it for the other.

Third-party apps will sometimes allow you to chose a different tone from within the app itself. From within the app, look for some sort of settings page and see if there is an option.
