Please refer to attached screenshot showing that the item I am searching for is in the note, yet F is not finding it. Yet if I search All Notes, the requisite text is located, but I can't drill down any nearer to the found object. How can I search INSIDE the note once I have found the right note?

The "Command-F" keyboard shortcut can help you find items in a document, or open a new Find window. Does this feature work as expected in other applications that you test with?
If you are searching with the iCloud website currently, can you test Command-F while using the dedicated Notes app instead?
If this only seems to be an issue when searching in your web browser, it may help to restart your Mac and install any available software updates:

Thank you. I should clarify that in the Notes.app Search via F does find the desired text inside the Note. It is only on the website version that this is non-functional. Screenshot below:
