Pointer disappeared on Apple mini computer.

I can’t find my pointer, tried 3 diff mouses and diff USB ports for dongle. I don’t have a touchpad so I can’t swipe or use 3 fingers or get into system preferences to do anything. Can’t even close down my few open Apps. Thoughts?

I have a Mac Mini M2. The cursor disappears, switches between pointer and hand symbol. I can shake the mouse vigorously, but doesn't show up. Only right clicking does. Drop down menu's can't be accessed. This started to happen once updating the system software over time. I have a mouse and keyboard that use dongles. Read some forums and some suggested it was due to the use of USB devices. I switched over to Bluetooth, and "Voila", Mac runs as it should. So, it's MacOs that has issues with USB Wireless devices.
