AppleCare Purchased Problem

I have a MacMini M2 2023 and it has Apple Care Coverage for until Sep.27,2024 originaly. Today,I purchased Apple Care for 1 more year from Sep 27,2024 to Sep26,2025. But receipt showed information is it coverage until Sep29,2024. I am so stressful and confused, and I have tried to cancell and request refund but system does not work. How to do this?

Please make sure to coverage to Sept 29,2025 or refund asap.

You need to contact Apple directly to resolve the issue.

FWIW, if you purchased the one year coverage plan, it is auto renewing until the time you decide you want to stop coverage.

From this page:

AppleCare Products - Mac - Apple

"You can buy coverage on a fixed-term plan or on an annual plan that will automatically renew until cancelled."

The fixed term plan being the three paid up front plan.

Regardless, you need to contact Apple directly to resolve the financial mixup as we are only users like yourself helping other users.

Correcting the Expiration Date:

  1. Go Here: About the purchase date or expiration date for your AppleCare agreement - Apple Support
  2. Scroll to: If your coverage expiration date is incorrect:
  3. As it Reads: [...]You will need to send the original sales receipt of your product to Apple so that we can update your purchase date.[...]"
