Apple ID malfunction
I have a old Apple Id that keeps popping up on my laptop and cellphone. I have called support and they say the old Apple ID does not exist. What to do?

There may be several reasons why you're still seeing the Apple ID. Without more context, we'll do our best to help.
If the Apple ID was deleted, you won't be able to use it. If you're still signed in, you'll need to sign out of your devices. You can learn more about deleting your Apple ID. How to delete your Apple ID account - Apple Support
If you've already signed out, but the Apple ID was used to download apps you'll need to remove the apps and redownload them using a new Apple ID. When you purchase an app, even free apps, they are permanently associated with the Apple ID that was used to purchase them.
