Apple watch control center was working but now suddenly I can't open it. I've restarted the watch and my phone and that doesn't work.

if you updated to watchos10 then you have to click the side button that is shaped like a pill under the crown to get the control center to show up

Control panel not working anymore After I updated my control panel will not show when you swipe up on Apple Watch. I can’t turn on and off my focus or other things easily from my watch anymore. The control panel when you swipe up disappeared. I’ve turned my phone And watch off and reset it. My phone is also having many issues after the 17 update. I have to wait about a minute for my voicemails to show. It’s making some spots go dark.
