Stuck at data transferring stage
I am trying to transfer my data from iPhone 8 Plus to a fresh reset iPhone 12 pro max. However, I am stuck at the data transfer stage without progress.

If you're still having trouble, restart both iPhones to then try the Quick Start again.
Keep your devices near each other and plugged in to power until the data migration process is complete.
Use Quick Start to transfer data to a new iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
