My I phone SE won’t let let some of my contacts text me or call me
Just bought this. Phone at xfinity and they put my SIM card in it and since then, i have had problems with some of my contacts.

If some contacts are not able to text or call you at all, they may be blocked on your iPhone. See the "Manage your blocked contacts" section in Block calls and messages from certain people - Apple Support to see if they're listed there and unblock them.
If they're not blocked, this may be an issue with your carrier. You'll need to reach out to them at that point.
