How to unlock my iPhone if I cant remember my Apple ID password?

I need to unlock an iPhone with a Apple ID that has an password I can't remember, I need to have the account reset please.

Attached is the proof of purchase for the phone I need to unlock with my alternative Apple ID.

Forgotten password for locked iPhone and Apple ID When setting up a new phone and creating an account, the phone was blocked and we cannot restore it because we forgot the password to it and to the Apple ID.
