iPad 7th generation touchscreen error

Hello!

We got info from the service, and they opened the ipad, and they saw that the battery was a little bit bigger than usual, and that it was probably pressured the screen. Also my dad mentioned that one day he saw a big fluid puddle under the screen that looked like oil, but he didn’t take care about it, and later when he used it again (2 days later) it was gone. And we figured out, that the problem occured after using the ipad for a longer time, or charging it. Its still in service, and the problem is not figured out fully, the screen could be damaged, or its all the battery. That’s all the info we know, i’ll update when we will have more info.

Thank you for the reply, i noticed, that it is sometimes better, or worse, like when i tested the screen yesterday it was better, but today it was bad, i will look at it angain tomorrow, and test out, but with more things, stylus pen, clean the screen with cleaner made for touchscreen, and try something to make it better (and i didnt mentioned, that i even cleaned it when i wrote the question) also im 14 and my english is not so perfect. Thank you!

And i didn’t mentioned that in the tablet’s early life the display was damaged, and it was changed. There is no information it was OM or not.
