I’m double paying I think. I paid for Apple One subscription months ago but Apple is still charging me for older Apple News and Cloud storage subscriptions. Do I just delete old subscriptions?

All subscriptions, free trial or otherwise, must be cancelled at least 24hrs prior to expiry - as otherwise you will be charged. Subscriptions do not end automatically.
