Was at work today Face ID had always worked for me even if I drop my phone a million times, I dropped it and about an hour later found out my face wasn’t working I reset my face still wouldn’t work restarted phone still wouldn’t work and then took me to a website saying I should update it which it’s up to date still nothing

Phones in general are going to eventually fail if you drop them enough. Sounds like you found the limit for your phone. It will need to be repaired. Make an appointment at an Apple store to have the phone evaluated.
