Problem has occurred with both Ventura and Sonoma installed. Usually happens when lid is closed, but recently started doing while I was working on it.

those panic report are for kernel panic, machine check. That is almost certainly a serious Hardware issue.

The reports you posted strongly resemble the ones produced by uncorrectable errors in Xeon processor RAM. The error is detected by multiple processors at once. I suspect you have a bad cache inside the processor itself.

if your Mac can PASS the user diagnostic, you need to contact support, and ask them for a senior specialist who can read those reports. Thy end result of that consultation is to identify the source of the problem, and if appropriate, for them to DIRECT an Apple Authorized Service Provider or apple store to replace the failing part, likely the mainboard.

if it FAILS the User diagnostic, the error code germinated would be fascinating, and may be obvious enough that you can skip Apple support and go straight for service.

¿what is the date of your most recent backup, and by what method? In most cases of mainboard replacement, your drive will not be returned to you.
