Apple Pencil's battery drains about 15% overnight

My Apple Pencil gets fully charged and when I leave it overnight still connected to the side of my ipad in morning battery is around 85% is that normal, because if I leave it like that till few hours battery is completely discharged

Pencil's battery drains automatically even when it's attached to the iPad I have been observing something weird happening with my Pencil. Suppose my Pencil is at 50%. I attach it to my iPad at night. The Pencil starts charging once I attach it to the iPad. The next morning I wake up, the battery's full. Now Suppose my Pencil is at 100%. I attach it to my iPad at night. It doesn't charge as its already full. The next morning I wake up, the Pencil has drained completely! Its at 0%! I tried to keep Bluetooth for a whole night. Still, the battery drains completely! Is there any problem with my Pencil? Or am I doing something wrong? Please suggest me a solution to this problem and help me!

The Apple Pencil does draw a small bit of power when connected to an iPad, but it sounds like it’s more of a battery issue. Check your battery health if you can by going into settings, battery, and battery health and charging. You can also go to an Apple Store if that doesn’t fix it.
