Why does Siri on HomePod have trouble playing songs from Apple Music?

if I ask Siri to play a tune on my home pod, it tells me it will play the song, but after a few seconds of silence tells me there is a problem with Apple Music.

The generic advice isn’t helpful.

This seems to be a backend issue at Apple, as Siri being able to respond suggests it’s not a connection problem, and the fact that it seems to be a common problem supports the theory. It usually will start after being asked 3 or 4 times or if I just do it on my phone. Can Apple just look into this please?

Well, Three updates later. You fixed it. And then you broke it again with the following update. So thank you for giving us a glimmer of hope. But really do you care all you’re trying to do is use a power storage so we need a new phone, you guys are smart enough to fix this thing you had it done now you’re gonna redo it. Do your job we’re paying very good money for it.
