How do I get rid of these pop out labels on everything selectable?

This randomly starting showing yesterday and I don't know how to get rid of it.

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 14.0

see if this is it

>System Settings>Accessibility>Voice Control > overlay





shut down and restart if necessary.


Do a safeboot if necessary
