Forgot password

I lost my cellphone number and my iphone is broken, but I want to access my icloud. I also forgot the passcode on my Iphone.

hi I locked my iPhone by accident and its not Letting me reset my password SO today when I was at work I had my phone in my pocket and some how it kept putting the wrong passcode in till it locked me out. then to top it off I don't remember my iCloud password so I been trying to reset it but have felled
