No more awards for fastest 10k on my Apple Watch Series 7 SE

months ago, when I broke my personal record for a 10k run my watch would let me know by giving me a “Fastest 10k Award” Now nothing. It tells me I ran a 10k but doesn’t let me know that I have broken my personal records. I have been working on running faster and really enjoy knowing when I’ve broken my record. I have looked, what feels like everywhere. I’ve enabled everything having to do with notifications on my watch and on my phone. Hasn’t worked. Please help!
