Apple Watch stopped recording pushes

I bought the ultra 2 watch for the reason of wanting pushed recorded.

before anyone tells me to enable pushes - it is enabled and still showing that I’m a wheelchair user

my watch keeps telling me to “get started” when I click rings and doesn’t record a single push.

every so often it will work for a month or two then it stops again for months.

Apple store “geniuses” have no answer as is it set up how it should be.

anyone else have this issue! It always coincides with updates these days.

I am not going to stop updating my phone though, so Apple can you sort this?

its a waste of money for me to have a watch that the sole purpose for myself was to record pushes.

if it doesn’t work I’d rather wear a nicer looking watch that I own.
