Visualization of actions in accessibility is poor and delayed

Hello, I need some help. I'm in a wheelchair and I can only control my mac using the head pointer and Alternate Actions with the pointer, after updating to macOS Sonoma my Visualize Actions is crappy and delayed, but before the update it didn't do that, so it's harder for me to control my macbook air m2 16gb ram. Please help as I need to work. Thank you so much for your help.

Can't access navigation with Image Playground beyond opening screen I updated software on my Mac today and the Image Playground app opened when I logged in. However, I can't scroll down to move beyond the opening screen to navigate the application. See photo. How do I move beyond opening screen?
