When trying to start iCloud Drive for Windows OS, I am getting a: Failed to create container(s) to start iCloud Drive

I'm getting the exact same error. When I changed my iCloud drive folder to a subfolder of my Users folder, it magically started working again. This is definitely a bug. I've spent the last 3 hours trying to fix this thing.
