Apple Music subscribed through Verizon failed

Hello everyone, I hope you all are doing swell. Okay so, on Friday, September 29th, 2023. I canceled Apple One Premier plan because I want to start fresh by combining Apple Music through Verizon (with my current plan that offers Apple Music for free). I thought by doing it today since it expired today as of October 1st. I tried to do so and when I came to choose a plan, I chose individual (although I do wish I want to choose individual specific plan but it won't let me. I chose that and I pressed confirm to continue. Then I came across this message, "You already have an active entitlement from another source. Do you wish to continue? Do you still want to purchase this subscription? It will renew until automatic renewal is cancelled from your account". I pressed buy but it kept popping up this same message. it looks like it won't continue or proceed. I thought about turning off Wifi and use Verizon's data connection. it's still doing the same. Do anyone have this similar experience and if you have a solution, please do share. Thank you!

Make sure that you are canceling your Apple Music subscription correctly. If you need help with canceling, look over the information on this page: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support. Since it looks like you're using an iOS device, follow these steps from that page:


How to cancel a subscription on your iPhone or iPad

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap the subscription.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.
