Apple iPhone XR….. I hear music sometimes and I didn’t put it on iPhone!
Then it will randomly stops. Is it spyware, malware ? How do I get rid of it? Thanks for your help and suggestions. Sallymaiden. 🤔🤔

If the device is playing music from an app, such as the Apple Music app, you may see the media player on the Lock Screen. Tapping on the area with the the artist name/song title should take you to the associated app that it's playing from.
If it happens while browsing the web then the audio could be related to an ad there.
If Siri is enabled then if Siri was accidentally invoked then it may have picked up a command to play a song
