music playing from my downloads on iPhone will start this strange skipping event. The music all of sudden stops and a hissing skipping event starts; hiss for 2 seconds and silence for a second and this continues until i hit stop; if i hit play again, it continues with the hiss/skip. Have to close the music app and restart.
