Deleted contents of Recents folder

How can I recover items mistakenly deleted from the Recents folder in the last few days on a Macbook Pro using OS Ventura 13.5?

If you haven't already emptied your Trash, select the content in it and choose Put Back from the secondary menu. Otherwise, only via your Time Machine backup and the /Applications/Time Machine application.

Thank you. Sadly, I emptied the bin. and I don't have a Time Machine attached as a backup, unless there is an automatic cloud-based time machine that backs up my Macbook Pro. I have Cloud storage for some of the items but most were saved on my laptop.
