what if all apple id members see who someone from this apple id callnig

I phone someone and after i finish dialog all my apple id members can see who I have called. It started after update on Ios17

That is correct. Each person should have their own separate Apple ID if you want to avoid this.

What do you mean “Apple ID members”? Apple IDs don’t have “members”. Each person needs their own Apple ID. They are not meant to be shared at all.
