iOS 17.0.2 info in apps deleted

Since I installed iOS 17, my personal information has been wiped from my apps. For example, Instacart is now showing me in the USA, Dominos Pizza app my addresses have been deleted, Google search via Safari no longer displays Canada as an option in the Tools tab. I have to re-allow my banking app to use face ID. Accuweather had to reset my ID, Shoppers Drug Mart the list goes on. It appears that my entertainment apps have not been affected (Prime, Disney, YouTube, Roku)
