I ordered one for 28.00 off of Amazon failed after 35 days. I’m not sure but it was advertised as wireless charging I suspect it never charged and when the charge ran out so did the money back warranty.
I also read that one person replaced two apple pens in 4 years.

Buy an actual Apple Pencil.
No way the $28.00 version was from Apple. A cheap 3rd party option, which would have needed its own charging mechanism, rather than be charged when attached to the iPad like a real Apple Pencil.

Outside of that, Adonit, makes good quality styluses that work with iPads and are less expensive than the real Apple Pencil.
