why can't my Beats wireless headphones model B0501 pair with my iPhone

My beats wireless headphones will not pair with my iPhone 13. I have had it paired before, but it refuses to pair now. I actually cannot even get it to come up but one time on my Bluetooth pairing in settings. When I tried to pair, it says unsuccessful. I have reset I have factory reset I don’t know what else to do. Help it is a model B0501.
