Videos from Andriod to iphone

Someone sent me a video from an andriod phone and it is all blurry. How can I fix this?

You can't, that's just how SMS messaging works.

They can either send it through a cloud based service or they'd have to message you through a dedicated messaging app like Signal, WhatsApp, or Telegram.
