Others can’t hear me when call is on speakerphone
Whenever I am on a regular voice call they can hear me clearly when I hold it to my ear. As soon as I put it on speakerphone they can’t hear me or it starts breaking up.

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities! We suggest testing the speaker by following these steps from the article If the microphones on your iPhone aren't working:
- "Open the Camera app.
- Record a video while speaking at the top of your iPhone.
- Tap the camera chooser
to switch to the other camera. Then record another video while speaking at the top of your iPhone. - When you play back the videos, you should hear your voice clearly."
This will help isolate the issue. If the sound is distorted during playback, contact Apple Support for service options.
