Hello there,
Try following these steps to force restart your phone. Hold the side button for AT LEAST 60 seconds. If the phone doesn't come back on or does not display an Apple logo, try again while plugged into a charger or computer.
- Press and quickly release the volume up button.
- Press and quickly release the volume down button.
- Press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.
